Spot-on re-creation of 1970s soft-core sexploitation, “Viva” manages the deadly art of pastiche with colorful results. The period detail in this lark about a Southern California housewife swept up in the sexual revolution is as accurate as its cheerful compilation of the clichés of the era. Writer-director-co-star Anna Biller’s love of wooden acting and eccentric, extended patches of dead space and time may try the patience of all but the most devoted aficionados of the form.
