A six-part collection of stories by graphic artists Blutch, Charles Burns, Marie Caillou, Pierre Di Sciulio, Lorenzo Mattotti and Richard McGuire is a gratifying eyeful for its variety of black-and-white animation styles. The stories range from the intense to the not-so-great, but at the heights, Burns’ “Alien”-like science-fiction fable that also manages to suggest Kakfa’s “Metamorphosis.” “Atmospheric” is an understatement.
