A romance of neediness with the right sharp edges, director Marianna Palka stars in “Good Dick,” which debuted at Sundance 2008, a roundelay between a character played by herself and another by Jason Ritter; their respective fixations including stalking and 1970s porn, and the complications have a sweet sophistication, or at least colorful complication.
